At BFD, we are always looking for ways to improve the dental experience! For those who have visited our office, we may have shared a little about this new equipment, but for those we haven’t seen recently, this is something different that you may notice at your next appointment.
This summer, we had a room constructed in our current attic space to allow for the placement and installation of a central aerosol evacuation system. This centralized system can be accessed and utilized from all patient rooms. With articulating arms installed from the ceiling, the purpose of this system is to catch aerosols before they are airborne by providing suction directly above patients.
BFD will be closed Thursday and Friday, in order for members of our team to enjoy time with their families. We hope everyone has a healthy and blessed Thanksgiving!
