***UPDATE on Bakery hours/schedule*** Wow, we have been blown away by the positive response to our opening in downtown Brainerd! A big thank you goes out to the hundreds of you who stopped by during our first couple of days open! Many of you have asked about our hours and schedule, and so we wanted to share that during our opening month, we will be open Tuesday-Saturday from 7:00am-1pm (closed Sunday-Monday). Right now we are still in "start-up" phase and are working on fine tuning our production and staffing schedule to ensure we put out the best baked goods possible. We plan to extend our hours following our Grand Opening event scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 9. Thanks again for all of your support!
