I am a highly satisfied customer of Bo's Electric as an install of a whole-house BS standby generator took place flawlessly from Collier Country permitting to FPL interface connection. Unlike some contractors they were very professional and responsive. I purchased the internet monitoring and see that it runs weekly for 20 minutes and once was called upon to run for 45" during a temporary outage. This particular unit is quieter than my electric heat pump pool heater and this pleases my neighbor who is considering a generator for their home. I had Bos Electric install a Briggs and Stratton 20KW stand by generator. Steve, the owner, came and gave a fair estimate. He answered questions and explained the process well. He explained his company does everything form the pulling of the permits to the Installing the generator and installing of the propane tank. Steves guys arrived when he said they would, they were quick and efficient. They had a clean work site and picked up after themselves. In two days my generator was installed, inspections completed for both the electrical and gas and everything buttoned up as if they were never even there. I had other bids and a few were for a few hundred dollars less. I know people who used the other company and regretted it. The gas installation team we're equally has prepared and professional. Angel, Eddie, Jarrett and Charles worked on installing our generator. They were professional, polite, friendly and hard working. Angel was very accommodating moving my husband's motorcycle that was in the way of our breaker box. There was no way that I would have been able to move that motorcycle and my husband was not home.
