We provide concept design to competed drawings ready for building permitting - we follow the permitting process. Once the permitting and approval process is complete, BCC will construct your building. We will work closely with your Architect or Designer during the construction process. BCC is an Authorized Builder for Rigid Global Buildings Through our relationship with Rigid we are able to provide the highest quality pre-engineered metal buildings and steel buildings in the market as well support for the most complex building structures. In addition to metal buildings, through our association with Rigid Global Buildings, we are able to provide structural steel for multi-story buildings giving one more benefit for the BCC customer.
BCC’s commercial projects consist of neighborhood retail centers, office and medical office for users and investors. Other projects consist of Industrial facilities, build-out services for restaurant, office and retail facilities. Our current project includes an industrial park with a 50,000 sq. ft. distribution center, two 10,400 sq. ft. office-warehouse facilities, two permitted 10,400 sf buildings and a completed automotive repair facility. This project consisted of concept planning, the majority of the engineering, the construction of the road way, sewer, water drainage and electrical utility services, design and construction of the buildings, obtaining all the approvals and completion certificates. This project is accomplished within budget and within the scheduled time. The total cost for the project to date is approximately $10,000,000.00. Jim Bouton, the manager of the company, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Jim has 30+ years of experience in design and construction.
