Vern is our Service Coordinator and is the one that will get you scheduled if you need a repair for your HVAC system. Vern joined the Bower Team in 2018 with six years of experience in the HVAC industry. Her knowledge of HVAC service helps each customer that comes her way, and the service department simply could not run without her!
We appreciate Vern’s service to our country as she has served four years in the military. When Vern is not working, she loves to travel, read books, and attend concerts with her family every chance she gets!

Shelia has been in the HVAC industry for eighteen years and is the nucleus of Bower. She has been with Bower from the beginning. She is the first person you will see when walking into the office. She is always eager to help our customers with questions they may have. Shelia graduated with an Associate of Science Degree from Virginia Western. Simply put, without Shelia, the office would not be able to function!
When Shelia isn’t at the office, she is weaving baskets, a skill passed down to her from her grandmother, traveling to the beach, and spending time with her two daughters.

We remember all those lost in WWII and every serviceman and servicewoman that have sacrificed their life for our freedom.
