Company charges its customers a flat rate to get access to market prices as opposed to increased pricing from competitors. When competitor pricing beats Company's rate during storm, Company warns its own customers and tells them to go to the competitors. All customers who stayed in spite of the warning get the deal they were promised from Company. Customers sue Company for delivering what it promised.
We fight for clients who have been wronged by the misconduct of others. Unless and until new facts come out, Company doesn't look like a proper defendant.

Clickbait article had us thinking that the subject of the story wasn’t in fact paralyzed. Instead, it’s just a flawed analysis about what an accident is. While it’s true that the incident could be described as a “crash,” to deny that it was an “accident” implies intent. That’s a big difference, big assumption, and big accusation.
