Less driving = fewer accidents. So we created the Shelter-in-Place Payback: a plan to return over $600 million to Allstate auto customers.
We’ve been helping customers overcome unknowns for 89 years. And this year has been no exception. That’s why we’re doing more than ever to help customers in these challenging times.
As we all work together to slow the spread of COVID-19, more of us are at home and driving less, which means having fewer accidents. Given this decline in driving, we are announcing the Allstate Shelter-In-Place Payback.
Active bill-paying customers will get an average payback of about 15% based on monthly auto insurance premium for April and May.
Simply sign in to your Allstate mobile app with your User ID and password (Don't have one? That is ok, just create one.) Once you've signed in, you will immediately be prompted to a page titled "Allstate Shelter-in-Place Payback". In the middle of the page is a blue bar/line that states "Shelter in Place Payback", click here and you are all done. Yes, it is that simple. (There is a screenshot posted in the comments below)
Please note: If you are not immediately sent to this page (after signing into the app), please delete your Allstate mobile app and re-install it and this should correct the problem.
