We would like to give a GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT to Amber Wells! She will assume the responsibilities of Property Manager for Bradford Run Apartments effective January 1st. Amber has served the community as the assistant property manager for 3 years and we are sure she will do an outstanding job as the Property Manager as well. Congratulations Amber on your promotion!
With that, we do have to say "Good bye & Good Luck" to Harold, who has served as the property manager since 2017. He will be moving on to another role within Buckingham Companies and we wish him well in his new role.

Buckingham Foundation made its first international grant to Challenging Heights, a Ghana, Africa based non-profit, whose mission is the recovery of missing children and the abolition of childhood slavery. Buckingham Foundation’s grant was used to construct and maintain the Buckingham House, made possible by the generosity of Buckingham Foundation donors. The Buckingham House will help increase the capacity from 65 children annually rescued and rehabilitated to 110.
