1. The athletic side of the golf swing is created by the body’s ability to generate rotational speed. Speed requires 3 things. Elastic muscles, total body strength, and coordination of power.
2. Elastic muscles are muscles with the ability to be stretched and snapped fast like a rubber band. Strong muscles act as the anchor to stabilize the body to stay relatively fixed on plane through the swing. Power is the ability to accelerate and generate max force.
3. Golf performance training is using the proper exercises for flexibility, balance, strength and power. A trained golfer generates more club head speed and plays pain free. Call today for a 30 min total body assessment so we can help identify your needs and create a plan to up your game.

Doors for each screening will open 30 minutes prior to the movie start time. Ticket price ++ Gratuity & Tax includes entry and concessions listed in the package above. Children 3 and under do not count as vehicle occupants. To help ensure a quick & contactless order and delivery, we highly encourage members to pre-order concessions during the registration process. If you reserve a pass and arrive with more occupants, you will be charged for the next occupant package. Each vehicle will receive a complimentary window cleaning before being assigned a parking space. Parking spots are first-come-first serve and will be assigned by our ushers upon arrival.
At this time, seating outside of your vehicle is not permitted, but lounging in the back of your truck or hatchback is fine. A face covering must be worn at all times when exiting your vehicle for concessions and/or when walking to the restrooms. Make sure your car has an FM radio, or bring a portable FM Radio with you tobraodcast the audio of the film. We reserve the right to have you move your vehicle if you are obstructing the view for other guests. No scooters, motorcycles, golf carts or vehicles exceeding 20-ft long and 8ft. tall will be admitted. In accordance with the LA County guidelines, we must enforce these rules to keep the Club safe. If you do not follow the above rules, you will be asked to leave. Thank you for helping us in our efforts!
