This means we alone are responsible for the quality of design and construction, and also allows the contractor and homeowner to work from the construct stage through construction to make sure we get as close to their vision as possible. Finally, we have cost plus, which reimburses the contractor for all construction costs along with an additional payment to total the cost of the job. With cost plus, our clients have full access to receipts and cost-incurred items to make sure you are not being charged with some random extra thing.
