We’ve all heard news about the COVID-19 virus. As we take precautions to stay healthy, Brandon Fisher Allstate Agency is here when you need us.
These days, “here” likely won’t be in our office, speaking to you face-to-face. However, we are as close as your phone.
To reach me or a member of my staff, call us during our regular business hours as you normally would. Even if we’re not physically in the office, we will still pick up or call you back as soon as we can. After hours, you’ll be forwarded to our customer care representatives who will be happy to help.
The Allstate® mobile app is another great resource. You can access policy information, start or update a claim, manage your payments or call for roadside assistance. You can download the free app here, if you don’t already have it. You can also log into My Account from Allstate.com to file a new claim or check on an existing claim within the MyClaim section, where you will find all relevant claim information.
1-800-ALLSTATE is also available, but in light of the current situation, there may be fewer team members available to answer calls and hold times may increase. Thank you for your understanding.
