Inside, mold spores can't grow unless conditions are right. Mold prefers spaces with lots of moisture and little light. The spores can latch to a variety of materials, including fabric, carpet, paper, and wood. If you notice a spot and aren't sure if if could be a sign of mold, than use this tips to help you determine that: •Mold has a musty, earthy smell •There's a nearby source of moisture, but not much light •You see warping, cracking, or peeling of whatever material it's growing on •Uncheckd, mold will continue to grow.Dirt and od stains won't. Our office is growing! Our Sales and Marketing department has expanded, and with our new team member we had to make a new office space! In the process of building the new office, mold was discovered caused by moisture from an external source, and our mitigation department was brought in to remove it and contain the affected area. ****************************************** ¡Nuestra oficina está creciendo!
