Thanks to our partners at Medford Recreation for being there with us and our sponsor Breakstone, White & Gluck, Boston, MA Personal Injury Lawyers for providing the helmets through their Project KidSafe program.

After a Massachusetts court ruling on Uber's terms and conditions, we are re-sharing an NBC Boston segment called, "Are You Protected in a Scooter Crash? Experts Say Read the Fine Print." Attorney David W. White was among those interviewed back in 2019 on just how restrictive rideshare app agreements can be.
While one agreement printed up to more than 50 pages, Attorney White said riders should generally only expect up to $100 at the most if something went wrong.
"You are putting everything in the hands of the company and preserving essentially no rights for yourself whatsoever... Everyone should care about this."
