A study published in 2018 in the Journal of the American Medical Association showed that people in low- and middle-income counties in the U.S. are more likely to die of cancer than people in high-income counties. It suggests eight factors, including access to high-quality care, smoking, obesity and food insecurity, explain the connection between poverty and higher cancer death rates.
Access is a huge problem. Between overcrowding or lack of facilities in rural areas, this can delay care greatly or make it impossible? How do you think we can address these issues?

Now a team of Spanish researchers have found that the way BBD is detected as part of a national screening program is an indication of which are more likely to become cancerous.
