Breit Cantor has filed a multi-count civil lawsuit on behalf of 20 plaintiffs alleging sexual abuse, physical abuse and battery at Cumberland Hospital from 2008-2020. Named in the lawsuit besides Cumberland Hospital are its owner, Universal Health Services (UHS) and Psychotherapist Herschel “Mickey” Harden as well as Physician Daniel N. Davidow, MD.
