🚨We are Sold Out of food!! Seriously thank you Kansas City for making this our best week since our return from the beginning of Covid-19!!!! We have sold out of burgers, brussel sprouts and french fries. We have turned off online ordering and will be closing early today. We are so humbled and are so appreciative of your overwhelming support! Times have been strange but weeks like this give us hope and confidence in the future of Brewer's Kitchen.

🧼 I've got to brag about my people: Our number one priority is to provide you with a safe environment to enjoy great food and drink. Covid19 has put safety even more at the top of the mind, but since we are a restaurant, we have to take Food safety and Covid19 safety very seriously. A few weeks ago we received our routine heath inspection. These are unannounced inspections and are always a surprise to us and can be very stressful. I have to brag for a second and compliment my amazing team, who are literally the best people in the industry. We received the elusive 100% score!! Meaning there were no violations to report from the health inspector. Thank you to my amazing team because this is not something that happens over night and is not something I can do alone. This happens from daily disciplines and habits that result in a culture of food safety. So proud of my people!

I have to take a moment and thank the amazing people behind the scenes that make Brewer's Kitchen what it is. Times are hard and after hearing this week that 2 big name independent restaurants in Kansas City are choosing to close down, it makes me reflect and want to thank the people who are in the trenches with me, working long hours, doing more with less during these different and difficult times. It takes a special kind of person to work in this industry. The hours are long, the shifts are stressful and the pace is constantly go go go. I work hard to make Brewer's Kitchen a great place to work but I couldn't do this at all without my amazing staff, who give their all for Brewer's Kitchen and this incredible city we love. This might be a weird Thanksgiving for some. Some are not with their families today. Some have less food on the table than they've had in previous years. Some are alone. My favorite phrase has always been that a "A skillful sailor does not come from smooth waters". Right now the waters can be rough and uncertain, and things might feel hard when the waters are not smooth, but I wanted to say, keep your head up and keep your eye on the horizon. All these hard moments will make you better and stronger. So with that make sure you take time today to reflect and remember the things that you are thankful for.
I personally am SO thankful for my amazing team at Brewer's Kitchen. They are the absolute best in the industry and humble me every single day.

The Big Day and Big Game are finally here! We are officially booked for all of our tables tonight for the super bowl. To ensure a fun and safe environment for those that have reservations, our tables will remain spaced out 7-10 feet and we will NOT be allowing any walk ins to watch the game. If you weren't able to get a reservation, then you will need to make different plans for where to watch the game.
