Hi. It's Brian. Today I had to file a claim for my personal vehicle. I wanted to share a personal testimonial. I hit a pot hole this weekend, cracked my wheel/rim and blew a tire. I wasn't sure it'd be worth turning in the claim, but checked my policy and was reminded I had ACCIDENT FORGIVENESS, which not only meant I could file the claim and not worry about my rates going up, and since I have been accident free for a long time, my deductible had been reduced $100 each year, and I now was only $100.
At 1:30pm I filed the claim using the Allstate App. Allstate called my dealership, verified the damage, and at 2:27pm I had the full amount in my bank account (and no they didn't know who I was).
Allstate isn't always the cheapest insurance, but when you actually need your insurance, you won't find better hands to be in.
