Allstate Mobile App isn't working properly right now if you've got an iPhone. We've had multiple calls today and the last couple days about not being able to retrieve ID cards/file quick photo claims and update Drive Wise etc. If you're having issues...please uninstall the app and then reinstall. We're told this should fix it. If not...let us know we need to open a ticket.
