There are several self-checks you can perform to see if the shock absorbers or struts on your vehicle need replacing. Look for leaking fluid, uneven tire wear or cupping, nose-diving when you brake, or excessive bouncing when you hit a bump or pot hole.
When servicing your tires, don't forget the spare. Check the air pressure in your spare tire periodically to make sure it's properly inflated and ready when you need it.
One of the components of your vehicle that requires maintenance is the timing belt. This is part of an internal combustion engine that controls the timing of the engine's valves. Some cars use timing gears instead.
