Forgotten Harvest, in conjunction with New Haven Community Schools, will be at Endeavour (22505 26 Mile Road, Ray Twp), Thursday, August 20th, from 9AM-Noon for food distribution for those in need. This will be a drive-thru distribution process.
We still have a few openings for New Patient consultations (at no charge), as well as openings to places braces, before school starts.

If you need to visit us in our NEW BALTIMORE office next week (August 17th through August 21st), please be aware the parking lot will be undergoing construction/repairs.
Parking will be available on side of building, or behind the back building of our complex; we have also been given permission to use parking at the back of the Kroger Gas Station next door.
If the front driveway entrance is closed, there is also a side entrance to our parking lot, just behind the Kroger Gas Station.

We are doing our annual community food drive, from now until December 10th.
For each non-expired item you bring to your appointment, you will earn an extra token.
All items donated are distrubted through our local food pantry. Household cleaning products and hygiene products are also accepted.
Sorry, but multi-packs CANNOT be separated for extra credit, and expired items CANNOT be accepted.
****PLEASE NOTE: In order to help spread of COVID-19 a collection box will be in our lobby for you to place your donation, instead of giving them directly to us as we have done in the past. So, we will need you to let us know total number of items so we can give you correct amount of tokens.****
