Meet the first winner from our ongoing Art from the Heart contest, sponsored by Menendez & Ritter and Knickers Lingerie: Hope Wesner, a 16-year-old student of Union Pines High School.
Hope received a gift card and selected Karen Brown, a nurse at The Greens at Pinehurst, to be the recipient of a gift card as well. Hope’s gift card was for The Ice Cream Parlor Restaurant; Karen's was for River Jack Outdoor Trading Company LLC.
The gift cards were presented by Bright Horizons Home Care.

Bright Horizons Home Care decorated and donated a tree to the Sandhills Children Center Festival of Trees. The theme is "Take the Day Off." It is dedicated to all of our wonderful employees who have put themselves on the front lines during the pandemic. We included their pictures on the tree in recognition of all of their hard work. They truly all deserve a day off.
The festival starts today and runs through Sunday, November 22nd at the Carolina Hotel in Pinehurst. To view the Festival of Trees and for more information, you can visit the following link: https://festivaloftrees.org/
