OFFICE PROTOCOL REGARDING COVID-19
Due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we understand our patients have questions and concerns regarding risks during their dental visit. Below are the steps we are taking to ensure risk of exposure to our staff and patients are minimal.
· Following safety guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and the American Dental Association, we are screening all patients and visitors for common COVID-19 symptoms. Every patient will be asked if he/she recently had a fever, shortness of breath, a dry cough, sore throat, or had contact with confirmed COVID-19 patient. If you are having any suspicious symptoms, please contact your physician.
· We are booking our patients with minimum of 30 minutes in between each appointment for minimal contact between patients and to practice social distancing.
· After each patient visit, we disinfect all surfaces including door handles, countertops, pens, clipboards and all equipment in reception area and treatment operatories using hospital-grade disinfectants in accordance with CDC and ADA guidelines.
