To all of my patients at Broadmoor Dental. I have lost a great friend who is the husband of a Vickie Young, my friend and employee. Greg was a Sheriff for El Paso County for all of his adult life. He served and protected us. Please help support his young family so that the dreams and possibilities Greg worked so hard for can still come true. At only 49 years of age, Greg leaves behind his wife Vickie, and his daughters, Kennedi, and Ryleigh.
Thank you for sharing your love and support, Dr. Pruett & Trudi

My heart aches every second of the day. Not a minutes passes by where i don’t think about my dad. He was my life mentor, my rock, the funniest person, my go-to person for EVERYTHING. Words cannot describe how much i need my dad right now. I promise you Dad i will forever protect Mom & Ryleigh. You were so incredibly loved. I will miss your jokes every night when making dinner. I will forever miss you annoying mom & her yelling, “GREG, STAHHPP”. I will miss how you randomly told me you loved me & how i’m kick ass daughter. I will miss how you told me i am a beautiful young lady & how you would do anything for me. I will miss your life advice & how you wanted me life to be perfect before yours. You were TRULY the definition of the perfect dad & husband. I know your little Millie is going to miss you giving her scraps when making dinner. I still cannot believe i am writing this post about my diseased father. It breaks my heart that my father won’t walk me down the isle on my wedding day, meet his grandchildren, see me graduate from college, see Ryleigh graduate high school and college, but lastly, move to the East Coast with the love of your life & grow old there. We all know how much you loved fishing, taking a million photos/videos of Mama Ryleigh & I playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, cooking your signature steaks & crablegs. I want to keep writing more but the tears won’t stop flowing down my face. I’m not ready to plan whats going to happen from here on out without my person. I just want to feel your bear hugs & your scruffy face touching my cheek when you hug me. I will love you forever and ever and ever. Im so beyond at peace that you didn’t suffer. Thank you for protecting your community & your family. Rest Easy my guardian angel. I’m jealous the Lord gained the most perfect angel. This isn’t a good bye, it’s just a see you later. I love you so so much.
Forever your little girl/twin,
Kennedi

When it comes to dentures, it's important to take them out every night and give your mouth a 6 to 8 hour break. This will allow the tissues in your mouth to heal due to any irritation that may have occurred while wearing dentures.
