Many remember when our mascot Ari came to visit us last year. Well he liked Broadstone Village Apartments so much that he decided to make Broadstone Village his new home. Friendly Reminders for how to use the gate. First, you can scan your gate card you were given when you moved in at the card scanner pictured on the left. If you have a guest come to visit they can type in your gate code on the key pad pictured which will dial your phone. When your phone rings answer it and tap the number “9” for the gate to open for your guests. If you are having problems with your gate card please come by the office so we can help you get it fixed. The Trash Compactor is located next to the playground and should only be used for bagged trash and broken down cardboard. Trash is to be put into trash compactor and never left beside or in front of it.
The Bulk Trash Area is located near the maintenance shed and the 3606 Broadstone Building. Bulk items such as furniture, mattresses, etc. should be left in the bulk trash area. Bagged trash should not be placed here. Bulk items are never to be left by the trash compactor.
