Shannon James, Bromberg's knowledgeable and experienced insurance appraiser, offers appointments for those who don't want to part with their jewelry during the inspection, measuring, and charting process.
While you wait, Shannon inspects each stone under the microscope, measures and calculates size, charts characteristics of diamonds, and takes detailed notes. You'll find that her appraisal documents are very thorough and informative!
