When Bill and Louise began considering senior living options for Bill's sister, Pam, the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine became a major point of interest for their next steps. Now, after receiving the vaccine and transitioning to her new community, Pam is an official resident of Brookdale Cary.
Resident Carol L., a horticulturist in spring and summer, becomes an artist when winter weather drives her indoors. Her creative talent is expressed through oil painting. This canvas is one of her many accomplishments.

Efforts towards COVID-19 prevention have become part of our daily lives, and we are so pleased to share that our Brookdale residents and associates are among the first group to have access to a COVID-19 vaccine. We are partnering with CVS Health through the federal government’s Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program and will be having our first vaccine clinic on January 26 starting at 9:00 AM for community residents and associates who are interested in receiving the vaccine.
