Anyone entering the community must comply with our health and screening process, follow visitor protocols and may be restricted to or from certain areas of the community.
⚠️ Healthcare workers, such as home health or hospice workers, EMS personnel lab, x-ray or dialysis technicians or similar healthcare workers providing care to residents are permitted to enter the community as long as they meet the applicable screening criteria. The CDC strongly recommends the COVID-19 vaccine and it’s so important that as many people as possible get vaccinated. We will be having our second vaccine clinic on February 10, 2021 at 10:00 AM for community residents and associates who are interested in receiving their first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
