On Wednesday, January 20th the snowballs were flying right in our living room!! Our sock snowballs of course!! We held the first-ever snowball games with a 2 person team toss, 5 chances to toss snowballs in 3 baskets each smaller than the 1 before. And finally, the favorite game was hit your Resident Programmer Kirsten with snowballs as she walked back and forth. Laughs, cheers, and fun was had by all while donating over 150 pairs of sock to Union Gospel Mission for distribution to the homeless.

One of our dining room servers, Mercedes, has gotten her COVID-19 vaccine. She did it to protect everyone around her!
In preparation for Wednesday's snowball sock games, we rolled our pairs of socks into the snowballs on Sunday afternoon. Thanks to residents John, Opal, and Marylyn for their help we rolled 75 more pairs of sock snowballs.
