While this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s events will be different, they continue to be deeply meaningful. They continue to help raise awareness about the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. They continue to help raise funds that make a difference in the lives of those facing Alzheimer’s. Brookdale Senior Living Inc. continues to be one of the largest corporate supporters of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Happy 98th Birthday to Bill Miller.
Bill has been involved with the Boy Scouts for 83 years. He was a Scout Master for 33 years with over 200 Eagle Scouts in his group that he personally mentored.
Bill is also a decorated Veteran - one of the most decorated in Ohio! His CIB – Combat Infantry Badge - is the decoration he is most proud of. After his time in the service, Bill used the GI Bill to go to Law School at Case Western Reserve had a very successful law career. We hope you enjoy celebrating another great year!

When Bill and Louise began considering senior living options for Bill's sister, Pam, the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine became a major point of interest for their next steps. Now, after receiving the vaccine and transitioning to her new community, Pam is an official resident of Brookdale Cary.

The CDC strongly recommends the COVID-19 vaccine and it’s so important that as many people as possible get vaccinated. We will be having our second vaccine clinic on Saturday, January 30th at 11 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for community residents and associates who are interested in receiving their first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
