We understand that social distancing can be tough on our residents and their families. That’s why we are creating unique engagement opportunities that respect the need for social distancing while still allowing special, meaningful moments to occur. When Bill and Louise began considering senior living options for Bill's sister, Pam, the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine became a major point of interest for their next steps. Now, after receiving the vaccine and transitioning to her new community, Pam is an official resident of Brookdale Cary.
Efforts towards COVID-19 prevention have become part of our daily lives, and we are so pleased to share that our Brookdale residents and associates are among the first group to have access to a COVID-19 vaccine. We are partnering with CVS Health through the federal government’s Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program and will be having our first vaccine clinic on January 26th at 12 noon for community residents and associates who are interested in receiving the vaccine. Together, we can take action to prevent COVID-19. #BrookdaleHope #Round2
