Our watercolor leaves are the perfect finishing touch to our fall art display.
It may be fall but the geraniums are still blooming and it’s a beautiful day for outdoor knitting.
While this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s events will be different, they continue to be deeply meaningful. They continue to help raise awareness about the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. They continue to help raise funds that make a difference in the lives of those facing Alzheimer’s. Brookdale Senior Living Inc. continues to be one of the largest corporate supporters of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. This year, thousands of Brookdale associates, residents, and patients are participating in or supporting virtual walks across the country.

Happy fall y’all!

Water coloring pumpkins makes us think about pumpkin pie.
Resident artist Suzanne displays just a sampling of her watercolor and pastels from 2020. She has shared many others with residents and even designs her own birthday cards for each individual. Kudos to you Suzanne!
“Vielen dank fur das leckere Essen” is what our residents are saying to our chef after our Oktoberfest luncheon. (Thank you for the delicious meal.)
Time to overwinter our geraniums and take rooting cuttings to ensure a long life. We look forward to seeing them back in the Spring.
