Today we had our very first Outdoor Family Visit! The happiness on Kathy's face when she saw that she got to visit with her daughter Cindy and grandson Mitchell for the first time in 6 months melted hearts!

Chuck had a huge day yesterday for his 98th Birthday!! He got to have an outside visit with his son & daughter-in-law and his daughter on facetime. Chuck made a wish and blew out the candles, although we think he liked the cake the most! Happy 98th Birthday Chuck!!!

This year has been a very challenging one, to say the least, but we are happy to say that our first Covid Vaccine Clinic went well. Monica was happy to be the first employee at the building to get her vaccine! Thank you to our Nurse Iretta, CVS, the residents, families, and all the staff for making today go so smoothly. #BrookdaleHope
Merry Christmas 2020 version! The staff and residents had decided that when we were younger we would spend the entire day in our cozy Christmas pajamas while we open our gifts, so we did just that! The families all sent us new Christmas pajamas for their loved ones and the staff ordered some online, we all had a great time sharing our different patterns and prints of jammies. We hope next year we will all be home together for Christmas! 🎄 🎁
