We know that it will take every member of our Brookdale family working together to create and maintain an environment that helps protect the residents we serve.
We understand that social distancing can be tough on our residents and their families. That’s why we are creating unique engagement opportunities that respect the need for social distancing while still allowing special, meaningful moments to occur. Continue watching to see what creative ways we’ve come up with to keep our residents engaged and connected with family members.
As a caregiver, you may often put other people’s needs ahead of your own. While you're going above and beyond during this uncertain time, it’s important to take care of yourself. Wishing you all a safe, spooky, and spectacular Halloween!
West Bay United---We dedicated a wall for the associates to write their feelings for the past few months. Working together and sharing so much during this time has been challenging. We have a tremendously dedicated staff that cares deeply for our residents and coworkers. One associate put it this way, "Together we make Brookdale a place of love and hope. Keep up the hard work! Thank you all!!"
That says it all.
Rosa is proud to have been able to receive the COVID-19 vaccination! Way to go, Rosa! 🎉 #BrookdaleHope
One of our dining room servers, Mercedes, has gotten her COVID-19 vaccine. She did it to protect everyone around her!
Efforts towards COVID-19 prevention have become part of our daily lives, and we are so pleased to share that our Brookdale residents and associates are among the first group to have access to a COVID-19 vaccine. We are partnering with CVS Health through the federal government’s Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program and will be having our first vaccine clinic on Wednesday, January 20th at 9:00AM for community residents and associates who are interested in receiving the vaccine. Together, we can take action to prevent COVID-19. #BrookdaleHope
