Cade spoke today at the State Bar of Texas’ Advanced Evidence and Discovery Course on Medical Expenses in Personal Injury Litigation discussing changes to the TCPRC 18.001 procedure.
Due to COVID-19, the 2-day live course was cancelled, speeches were pre-recording on Zoom and they were played remotely for attendees. Speakers were available via Chat during the Course. TexasBarCLE knocked it out of the park.
