We're starting something new on Thursdays! Stop in for Game Night: while we love a round of cribbage, this will be a little different. Our chefs will be crafting new specials each week featuring various game—from venison to rabbit to quail, these dishes will bring your tastebuds straight to the northwoods, savoring rich, fun, flavorful combinations. For the first week we present: Bone-in Venison Loin Chops (we suggest ordering it medium-rare to rare) with butternut squash risotto and sauce chasseur garnished with smoked onion petals, oyster mushrooms and parsley. If you're craving something a bit more casual, the Wild Boar Sliders come topped with balsamic glazed onions, fontina cheese and horseradish aioli, and are served with pickles and fries for a fresh take on a weekday burger. We were honored to welcome the owners of Burnt Bridge Tavern and Restaurant to our supper club experience! Not only is Burnt Bridge one of the family-run Northwoods favorites that inspired us at Buckatabon, they are also a partner for our Up North Adventure. Ron and Linda enjoyed some of our classics including the Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon, BBQ Ribs (Complete with an I ❤️ Ribs bib 😏), and a Buckatabon Old Fashioned to wash it down.
