Rattlesnake Ridge, Cotton Bayou, Rosemary Dunes and a portion of Catman Road are open. All other trails are CLOSED. There is a $300 fine for trespassing on any closed trails. (code of Alabama 220-5-.10(1))

We are happy to announce that we are able to open Rattlesnake Ridge, Cotton Bayou, Rosemary Dunes, and a portion of Catman Trail starting Saturday, October 3rd. Please keep in mind that these are the ONLY trails opened at this time and that there is a $300 fine if you trespass on any of the CLOSED trails (code of Alabama 220-5-.10(1).
Please be cautious of wildlife as many animals have been displaced due to Hurricane Sally. The contractors are still on the trails working. If you come upon a vehicle or equipment please dismount your bicycle and move to the side so they can safely pass.
Restrooms are open Rosemary Dunes and at the Butterfly Garden.
Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy the trails!
Beaches will not open this weekend. They will open next Friday (October 2).

After reviewing the Hurricane Sally recovery progress, the beaches in Orange Beach will reopen on the morning of Friday, October 2nd.
Other updates include the city curfew ending at 5 a.m. on Friday morning. So the 10:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. curfew will be in place tonight and Thursday night. If needed, the curfew can be reinstated.
Free food service at the Sportsplex will end tonight after dinner.
The Point of Distribution site for water, ice and tarps will shift from The Island Church to the Event Center parking lot on Friday.
