Using electronic devices right before bed can obstruct your body’s internal clock (circadian rhythm). The blue light emitted from these devices hinders the release of the sleep-inducing hormone, melatonin, making it difficult to get a good night of quality sleep. Consider changing the settings on your phone to blue light filter/night shift or stop using your digital devices for at least 45 minutes before bedtime.
