Burger Theory, inside Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Denver Tech Center, is an all American restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as room service. Holiday Inn Start Fresh breakfast menu is served from 6am to 10am daily. Lunch service with burgers, salads, steaks, pasta and more from 11am to 2pm with dinner service from 5pm to 10pm. Bar opens at 4pm featuring 12 beers on tap and over 25 Colorado craft beers. Other domestic and international beers, spirits, wines and cocktails are also available. Bar stays open later if business warrants.
