We learned about Anesthesia safety and monitoring for patients who come to our hospital for their dentisties and other procedures, such as spays and neuters. February is Spay and Neuter Month! This is a program that allows our clients to receive a $40.00 rebate from the city for spays and neuters performed in the month of February. Below you'll find the guidelines:
Eligibility
-Only Cook County Residents are eligible.
-Only two animals per family are allowed to participate in the program.
-All animals participating in the program must have a current rabies vaccination and Cook County rabies tag. Rabies vaccination the day of surgery is permitted.
-If Rabies vaccination has been done previously in another county, state or country, and is current, your office may issue a Cook County Rabies Tag ONLY if the Rabies vaccination was on or after January 1, 2021. If the Rabies vaccination was given prior to December 31, 2020, you must obtain a rabies tag from our office.
