Business Owner
Mikal Weiss focuses on business representation, business and commercial transactions, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. He assists with contract drafting and negotiation, real estate purchases and sales, commercial leasing, commercial financing, and employment agreements.
David Mintz's criminal practice encompasses everything from manslaughter, vehicular homicide, armed robbery, rape, child pornography to domestic abuse, OUI/DUI/DWI and other motor vehicle offenses, property crimes probation violations and all other state crimes. Civil trial practice includes auto accidents, all personal injury law etc.
Lisa Lippiello handles cases for people arrested for a variety of offenses, including, but not limited to, drug offenses, violent crimes, sex crimes, burglaries, larcenies, property damage, OUI/DUI, violation of restraining orders & probation violations. She has extensive experience handling sexual harassment claims and employment discrimination cases.
