#TBGProjectSpotlight - Specialty Clinic of Austin – This 13,609 SF of medical office space is located in The Burt Group’s recent MOB development project at Park Bend. This is another TBG project that was kicked off and completed during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The space consists of a large reception and waiting area, private office space, exam rooms, conference and meeting rooms, private patient areas, as well as an in-house pharmacy. Specialty Clinic of Austin is a dedicated outpatient psychiatric clinic serving the greater Austin area. Much like Specialty Clinic’s mission to tailor their care to patient needs, this space was designed by Polkinghorn Gorup Architects with SCA’s versatile needs in mind. We have no doubt that SCA’s patients and staff are both enjoying this new medical space together!

#TBGProjectSpotlight – Brown Traffic (Now MoboTrex) – Well it is only fitting that in Austin we would be home to a TRAFFIC LIGHT manufacturing company! Check out this 145,000 SF industrial reuse project we finished in partnership with @skg_texas As a manufacturer of signalized intersection systems and distributor of traffic control products this project required a unique level of structural support within the warehouse, due to the industrial manufacturing. We also completed their office interiors which featured FUN colors and traffic décor elements throughout!

The Burt Group On The Spot Employees – This month we celebrate the efforts of Superintendents, Erik and Jose. On Sunday, also known as 2021 AUSTIN SNOW DAY, these employees successfully managed to shut down 6th Street in downtown Austin to safely lift 13,000 lbs. of steel planter boxes to the @sixthriver designed Amenities Deck at @515congress . Working together as ONE Team with our Subcontractors, they navigated all the complexities of the lift in a confined area along with the unique elements of the downtown Austin population, drivers, and general curious spectators - not to mention the snow!!
