It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Art McNally. Art passed away yesterday and was surrounded by loved ones. Art was a valued member of the Butler Team for over 14 years until he retired two years ago. He will be greatly missed by our staff and many of our customers. Please keep Art’s family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time.
Art’s memorial services have not been set yet but we will keep you posted for those who would like to attend or pay their respects.

UNLICENSED CONTRACTORS BUST: Pasco Sheriff’s Economic Crimes Unit conducted an Unlicensed Contractor investigation between September 1st and September 17th.
During the operation, 27 people were charged for misdemeanor unlicensed contracting. Additionally, 20 suspects were charged with Failure to Carry Workers Compensation.
Below are tips for homeowners to avoid falling victim to unlicensed contractors. A list of contractors charged, as well as the charges and business names associated with each individual, can also be found below.
If you suspect you may be the victim of an unlicensed contractor, please contact the Pasco Sheriff’s Office at 727-847-8102, option 7.
