We use liquid nitrogen for creating our small batch frozen desserts. The liquid nitrogen process allows us the full capability to offer a highly customized frozen dessert. We offer various bases, mix-ins, alcohols (for 21+), and toppings to create your one-of-a-kind sweet treat. After the ingredients have been assembled, you can enjoy a show as your dessert goes from liquid to frozen right before your eyes!
