Emma McDonald, Staff Accountant
Emma joined BB&A in 2020. She received her BS in Management Accounting from Spring Hill College in 2019 and is currently finishing an MBA at The University of South Alabama. Before joining our team, Emma interned at another local public accounting firm where she gained experience in tax as well as bookkeeping. In her spare time she enjoys reading and hiking with her friends and family. We are looking forward to watching Emma grow with our firm!

Christina Brown, Staff Accountant
Christina is a resident of Bay Minette and has been in the accounting field for 23 years. She has experience in the construction, restaurant, entertainment, aerospace and travel industries. She graduated from the College of Southern Nevada with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. She then went on to earn a BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017. She is currently working on her Master’s of Accountancy degree and plans to sit for the CPA exams in 2021. Christina joined our team in 2020 and has become a valuable asset already. In her spare time she spends time with her son and family, enjoys watching college football, fishing, and other outdoor activities.

Will Duggar, Staff Accountant
Will joined our firm in 2020 and has been a great addition to our team! He received a BS in Accounting from Auburn University in 2003. He has a broad range of experience in the accounting field having worked in both the public and private sectors for a variety of companies. Will has been a resident of Fairhope since 2014, and outside of the office, enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife Betsy and their four children.

While we are still hopeful that the Senate will pass legislation for automatic forginess (and possibly a reversal of the IRS's position that the expenses the forgiven portion of the PPP were used for are not deductibe), many banks have finalized their forgiveness applicaitons and online forgiveness portals. Therefore, we will begin aiding clients who would like to go ahead and start the forgiveness process. We are here for all of your PPP Forgiveness needs - whenever you are ready!
