C and S Construction was founded by Tyler C and Ethan S after they completed their radon classes and became certified for Radon Measurement and Radon Testing at the University of Minnesota. C and S is one of the only companies in Eastern South Dakota that is certified through the NRPP to perform radon testing and measurement. Being certified means that they have to hold themselves to a very high standard in all their mitigation systems in order to keep their licenses. C and S strives to bring radon levels in customers' houses to the lowest possible number. This ensures that the residents will not have to worry about the negative affects of radon in their home. C and S Construction also does a variety of other basement related construction such as interior drain tile, egress window installation, patching wall cracks, and various other handy man services.
