We use Brasil Lengender beans for our Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee. Unroasted beans sit in a sealed bourbon barrel for 8 weeks - and in that time, they pick up distinct bourbon notes and aromas. Once roasted, the alcohol is gone, but all the flavors are there.
Makes for a great morning or after dinner cup, and no worries about drinking & driving 😉
