Here is one I almost forgot to post. As we begin to move into the Fall Season here on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau, we have yet to see a slow down in calls or requests! While being busy is wonderful, often small things (like posting some of the Before & After photos) gets put to the back burner.

As technological advancement comes to the Highland-Cashiers Plateau, we are going to need to accommodate a wide range of requests for homeowners, new and existing alike. While I often dream of high-speed internet... actually it's more of a miserably slow speed nightmare... that dream also looks like it is becoming a reality, in not only our community (thank you Ms. Fox), but to communities all over the Plateau.

You don't always need to replace, you might need to repair. My father was fond of telling me that surgeons get paid to do surgery, get a second opinion, and use your head. Take a look at today's Before & After. The previous owner got a new HVAC unit but it seems that they didn't want the extra expense of doing the job correctly or they used someone who didn't understand HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY or was the cheapest person they could find. Ugh. The weight of the unit was causing the support to bend, the filter compartment to be compromised, and the HVAC unit to work suboptimally. Fortunately, we have people for that. While we were there, we painted the walls and the floor.
