Frank Schittino, the owner and proprietor of Café Cibo, opened this authentic Italian cuisine restaurant in 1999.
Originally from Baltimore, MD, Frank attended the Baltimore International College School of Culinary Arts and has well over 30 years experience in the restaurant business.
A first-generation American, Frank brings the tradition & secrets of true Italian cooking, acquired from his mother & other family members in Sicily, to your table.

We're serving up fresh Italian cuisine in an intimate, yet casual, setting!
Delicious veggie, seafood and meat pastas, grilled fish, salads, sandwiches and homemade desserts are the reasons everyone enjoys frequenting our restaurant.
All this combined with friendly, attentive service and a pleasant non-smoking environment make Café Cibo the perfect place for business, social & family dining.
During lunch and dinner hours, pastas and flavorful sauces simmer, while pizza and panini bake in our stone ovens. Bottles of wine from small regional wineries are uncorked to complement the dishes, which have been crafted in the custom of Italy.
