Staff Appreciation Sunday! Meet Erik, our service manager, who’s coming up on 4 years of being a Lowlander. Café Hollander is special to Erik in more ways than one— 2.5 years ago, he met his wife at this very table. On his second day as a server, he dropped a tray of glasses in front of her, she thought it was funny, left her number, and the rest is history!
