Café Rosalena has been serving the best breakfast burritos to the downtown San Jose and Silicon Valley area for
over 23 years. The roots of this well know Café started when the original owners
(same owners today) were permitted by a nearby bakery to use a small section of
their counter to make salads and sandwiches.
Within a short period of time the business grew to the point a new location to
prepare foods was needed which is where Café Rosalena is located today.
Expanding to a large location resulted in new food offerings such as their
Signature salads and their famous Breakfast burritos. With the increase in
popularity several dedicated customers soon started to ask for on the spot
catering services for business lunches, holiday activities as well as delivering to the
San Francisco 49er’s, San Jose Sharks and several High Technology companies in
the Silicon Valley.
Café Rosalena is well known for their delicious Breakfast Burritos (Chorizo, Ham,
Bacon, Veggie) winning the “Best Breakfast Burrito In The Bay Area” several times
over the years. Their Breakfast burritos are made to order which means nothing is
premade resulting in total freshness. What really makes their burritos special is
their famous Orange and Red sauce that they make several times a week which is
from a 23 year old recipe. Their sauces are 100% homemade with all natural
ingredients with the Orange sauce as being the customer favorite. After years of
demand bottles of their Orange and Red sauce is now available for sale.
